Nixon supervises construction projects in the field, manages workers, coordinates materials, oversees dumpsters and jobsite logistics, and supports hands-on labor when needed. He helps make sure each project is completed safely, efficiently, and with quality workmanship.
Milton
Milton is responsible for coordinating project production from start to finish. He helps schedule projects, order materials, coordinate with subcontractors, negotiate estimates, and support the team through every stage of the construction process.
Evelyn
Evelyn supports the daily office operations, helping with customer care, communication, documentation, and administrative organization. He assists with internal coordination, data management, financial/admin support, and helps keep the office workflow running smoothly and professionally.
Caleb
Caleb assists with customer service, daily office tasks, communication management, document organization, and administrative support. His role helps keep internal processes organized, efficient, and consistent for both the team and the clients.
Buck
Buck focuses on following up with new leads, meeting potential clients in the field, and helping homeowners understand their project options. He also supports upselling opportunities, maintains communication throughout the project, and works to leave a strong professional impression for future business.
Jose Luis
Jose Luis manages the company’s marketing, website development, technology, photography, video production, editing, and digital content. He helps strengthen the company’s image, improve online presence, create professional media, and support the team with creative and technical solutions.
